Some days you just want to sleep in, stay in your pajamas all day and watch movies in bed.

Did anyone ever tell you that that is okay?

It is. A day of relaxation and ease can help to release stress and prepare you for a more productive day to follow.

Today, I marked another couple states off the list, but I took it easy. I left Pennsylvania when I naturally woke up and after a good breakfast. I drove for a few hours and decided to take a nap as I hadn’t slept too well.

Three hours later I woke up refreshed and ready to finish the short hour drive to make it to a friend’s house.

A familiar face is always a fresh relief, and catching up with an old friend is always refreshing.

Take a breath. You’re just getting started.
